This working, rural tourism business is located in a beautiful small hamlet in northwestern Bulgaria. It is 20 km from the towns of Montana and Berkovitsa and some 100 km from the capital. The complex is called “The Old Bistrilitsa Houses” and consists of three separate, but neighbouring houses surrounded by landscaped gardens of 3868 sq.m, as follows:
The "Old Bistrilishka House" was built some 100 years ago and was completely restored in 1999. It covers 115 sq.m and offers a bedroom, living room with fireplace and two additional beds, bathroom/wc. The house has a well equipped kitchen with a fireplace, where the guests can cook their meals themselves. There is also an indoor verandah looking to the Kom Peak. A spacious garden with flowers and blossoming trees, strawberries and raspberries, as well as barbeque area and a small pond, is available for the tourists' recreation.
"New Bistrilitsa House-1" is the second house of the complex and spreads over 180 sq.m divided among two floors. Downstairs, there is a fitted kitchen with cooking facilities and a dining-room, bathroom/wc and a cellar. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, lounge, covered terrace and winter garden. The house comes with wood fired local heating, which is also connected with the dining room finished in traditional style. Bearing the name, "Saloon Old Bistrilitsa Barn" with 25 places, the mechana is isolated and has a sound system. The property further offers Internet and digital television. In the gardens are volleyball, badminton, football and basketball courts. Flowers, fruit trees and trellis vines occupy the rest of the property.
The house offers an old traditional oven outside, plus a drying-room for mushrooms, herbs and fruits. There is also a well in the yard and covered parking for one car.
"New Bistrilitsa House-2" is being constructed at the moment and is to be ready by the end of December. It will come with heat insulation and underfloor heating. The house will offer 51 sq.m of area, divided among kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, storage area, bathroom/wc.
Possibility for extension of the labour contracts of the personnel and the manager.
"New Bistrilitsa House-3" consists of a pantry, bathroom and toilet, kitchen area, dining room, a terrace with a fireplace.
All properties have been insured against all risks (excluding burglary).
