Evridika Hotel is a spectacular development situated on the main shopping street in the very heart of the town of Devin, surrounded by the gently sloping hills of the Rhodope Mountains and ideally located for those who yearn for a slower-paced lifestyle and holiday making. It is within easy reach of the Pamporovo ski runs (20 min drive) and the new ski project, Perelik Sports Centre.
One of a kind, and enjoying sympathetic architecture, the SPA Hotel is constructed to the highest possible standards and features 10 double rooms (three with terraces) and 5 apartments (two with terraces). There is an option for six additional double rooms to be added. All the rooms and apartments shall be luxuriously completed, providing panoramic views to the enchanting mountains. The 5th suite is the Presidental Suite, which shall consist of a big living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area and impressive round balcony. All the rooms and suites are designed and furnished by a professional team and offer a touch of difference suiting every taste of the guests.
Spreading over 2300 sq.m of total build-up area, the hotel comes with one underground floor and five floors above the ground level. The underground floor is occupied by a parking lot, kitchen and service areas, vital for the maintenance and servicing of the building and its guests. On the ground floor is the stylish restaurant and lobby bar and the conveniently located reception with a further 300 sq.m of shopping area.
The second and third floors provide a total of 900 sq.m of area, reserved for the tourists’ accommodation. If you climb one more floor (fourth floor), you will stumble across a true spa paradise consisting of a sauna and a steam bath, an ice cabin and pearl bath, a special relaxation area and a massage room, all of them supplied with hot mineral spring water ensuring an all year flow of tourists. This floor will also contain a solarium, beauty saloon and fitness center.
A large conference hall featuring a unique design with its glass walls looking out to enchanting mountains will be furnished and equipped to the highest standards to make the most of the business meetings that will take place there.
One of the special features of the hotel is the places where you can spend time relaxing and enjoying yourself. These are the picturesque terraces throughout the Hotel where you can marvel at the surrounding nature while drinking a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of wine. The vast terrace on the third floor allows you to sit on one of the convenient benches and find quite place above the busy centre or if you like to just stroll along and enjoy the sun and the mountain.
The most surprise and astounding feature of the Hotel is the transparent convertible dome on the top floor, which reveals a glorious view of the Rodophe Mountains. This is also the site of the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi and night bar of the hotel.
