The size of the farm is 24 863 sq.m. with a large three-storey house with a built-up area of 65 sq.m. and a total area of 195 sq.m., power supply and own water supply.
The meadows and pastures for the needs of the animals are approximately 750,000 sq.m. with possibility of extension.
