The building is solid, reinforced concrete construction on two floors, built in 1986. After being bought in 2000 and after some major reconstruction - new windows, insulation, air conditioning, ventilation, local heating, lighting and electrical installations, loading platforms between the floors, the property was certified as a sewing factory. In 2004 a new two-storey building was built, including a modern and technologically equipped kitchen and dining room, offices for the management and new spacious workshop.
The company specializes in the production of cotton knitwear, with capacity of 150-170 workers on one shift. The eating in the dining room is done in three shifts (54 people per a shift).
