The hotel is situated in the first line, separated only with a promenade from the beach. Built in 2006 the hotel consists of two buildings, connected by walkway between them. The main building has 11 over ground floors with a perpendicular situation to the beach, the second building “A” has 4 terraced floors, parallel to the beach. This architectural solution makes it possible for all the rooms to have a sea view. Total unfolded built-up area of the hotel is 10,705 sq.m., the size of the plot is 2418 sq.m.

The ground floor has a staff room, a laundry complex, kitchens of the restaurant and tavern, a conference room, a fitness center, a recreation center.

The main high building has 11 floors above ground, served by 3 lifts. On the ground floor there is a a reception, a lobby bar, a computer room, a shop, safes and a currency exchange bureau. The first three floors come with 27 apartments, equipped with kitchens and 3 double rooms. All of them offer a sea view, and 6 of the apartments have panoramic views towards the sea. On the other floors – from 4 to 10 floor there are 86 double rooms and 18 hotel apartments - all with sea views, and 12 of them - with panoramic views to the sea.

The low building “A” is constructed in terrace-form and it has 4 floors consisting of 10 apartments equipped with kitchenette and 2 double rooms - all with panoramic views to the sea. This building has its own lift.

Rooms (a total of 91) and apartments (18) in the hotel are equipped to meet the requirements of category 4 stars, with central air conditioning, satellite TV, balconies, mini-bar, shower and bathtub.

Self-catering apartment (37) consist of a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette, equipped with an oven, 2 hotplates, a built-in refrigerator, a coffee maker, crockery for 4 people.

The hotel offers:
• a restaurant for 100 people with a terrace with 60 seats and a panoramic view to the sea;
• tavern on the ground floor for 30 people and 30 seats on the promenade;
