Business Description:
The project submitted to measure 4.1 is for plating of oil roses - 63 decares, the purchase of machinery equipment for cultivation and construction of a fence for the 261 decares. The total project cost is 240,000 BGN and the expected subsidy - 70%. The second project is submitted to measure 4.2 for the construction of "Distillery of essential-oil crops."
Total project cost - 2.2 million BGN, subsidy - 50%.
The conceptual design includes the strengthening and restoration of already existing reservoir with general purpose - sport fishing. In the property there is own reservoir and captured water source with permission of the Basin Directorate. A contract with EVN is signed for building a power susbstation at the expense of EVN.
The distillery for essential oils is equipped with 4 vessels needed for the processing of rose bloosoms (own production). In the plant and the buildings are planned vessels for expanding the production.
The rose plantations will be done with organic seeds purchased from a company certified for the production of bio seeds. The distillery is for processing organic products and is designed to the latest technological solutions.
The benefits of the project includes a distillery with own plants, equipment and machinery as well as buildings to the European programs and the needed investment will be less than 50%.
The advantages are: the integrity of plots of 261 decares and the availability of water source and reservoir. The company has all necessary permits of the Karlovo Municipality, Basin Directorate, Regional inspectorate of environment and water, Construction Supervision, Office of Fire Safety and others.
There are two options:
- The sale of the company which owns the described above
- The sale with management till the finishing of this two projects.
