Business Description:

We present for sale 100 decares of vineyards (Cabernet Savinyon, Merlot, Gamza Bouquet, Muscat, Chardonnay, Ottonel), a restored old family winery with two registered trademarks, copyrights of more than 30 types of labels for different vintages and types of wines, as well as available inventory. The property is located in the village Vinarovo, 13 km from Vidin and 3 km from the Danube river. The region is a traditional producer of quality wines.

The property has Italian equipment New Holland, Nardi, OMA, Gucci, Oleomag. Currently, the capacity of the winery is about 45 000 l., of which 15 000 l white wine and 30 000 l red wine (limited edition high quality wines). The whole production process is using traditional technologies with natural maturation and aging of the wines.

There is a project for the expansion of building capacities for about 120 000 liters. For this purpose, 4 plots in the village center are purchased, planned "for winery and hotel for wine tourism“, functionally linked to the existing cellar. There is a conceptual design for the construction of an additional production building with an area of 1400 sq.m., of which 1000 sq.m. basement – for processing, storage, aging of wines and 400 sq.m. ground area for industrial purposes.
